Preparing an RFP (request for pricing) is a skill in itself….The decision to outsource or not to outsource the management of packaging graphics is more than a simple question of reducing cost. In many instances, the business itself is not able to outsource due to a lack of clarity around the packaging work stream and who has ownership.

Qualification of suppliers and printing presses
There is much more to appointing a new print supplier than comparing costs and materials. The quality to which the end product can be reliably and consistently reproduced is the sum of many parts relating to international print standards and benchmarks within the industry. This quality level can be measured and monitored accurately to produce a benchmark report.
Through decades of working with print suppliers, our consultants are able to rate suppliers against international standards and are able to judge whether suppliers have the capabilities to provide the level of quality that your brand demands every day.
We can ensure that you have thoroughly vetted your suppliers and that you are working with the most appropriate vendors for your packaging requirements. We already hold a comprehensive database of global suppliers that have been pre-qualified should you be looking for a new roster of vendors.
Colour management
Paclogic will work with your team and your supply base to review the effectiveness of your current colour management approach. We will highlight weak areas for immediate attention whilst proposing a longer term solution to improve the brands impact on shelf. The solution may be implemented in-house or an option for outsourcing can be devised.
